I'm the CEO of Justinian & Associates PLLC, a six-lawyer firm that helps individuals injured by anything other than asbestos. That firm also handles immigration matters for companies and individuals.
If you could use our services or would like to know more about us, that firm's website is Justinian.com. We have offices in Austin, Texas, San Antonio, Texas, and Pflugerville, Texas. We're on Twitter at @Justinian and on Facebook at www.facebook.com/justinian
Justinian & Associates operates Dangerous Drugs, a blog dedicated to discussing the many prescription and over-the-counter drugs and medical devices that injure people.
I also maintain a personal website at www.justinian.us. It's primarily a blog where I write about topics of interest to me, such as politics, tort reform, cars, and other topics not necessarily related to the law. (This site used to be named Corpreform, but I let that domain expire and moved the contents to Justinian.us.)
I earned my Bachelor's degree from Siena Heights University of Adrian, Michigan in 2007, and I graduated from the Michigan State University College of Law. I moved to Austin immediately after graduating law school and began working for a law firm that handles asbestos and pharmaceutical cases. In 2013, I started my own firm, The Law Offices of Justinian C. Lane, Esq., and in 2015 I founded Justinian & Associates PLLC.
While Justinian & Associates helps some businesses with immigration matters, neither of my firms represent businesses in personal injury cases or other litigation against individuals. I went to law school to protect individuals from predatory corporations and I'm proud to have recovered tens of millions of dollars for thousands of injured citizens around the country.
Finally, if you'd like to know what tort "reform" is and why it's so dangerous, visit www.whatistortreform.com. It's really more of a static web site than a blog, but it contains a lot of useful information I put together while I was still in law school.
If I or my firms can be of any help to you, please don't hesitate to contact me with the contact information at right.
